I contacted Kevin to help me with my anxieties and constant back pain.I’m an ex Royal Navy weapons mechanic diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) after serving in the Falklands ‘82 and Gulf conflict of 1984. I’ve had feelings of depression and anxiety with noises, even in social situations. I’ve had trouble just getting to sleep and regularly waking up at night with palpitations and nightmares. After having just one session with Kevin I feel my back pain reduced dramatically. I’ve not had to take paracetamol each day to relieve the pain.
